When designing the new tactical harness, we consulted practical solutions with police service guides and special forces soldiers. Thanks to this cooperation, a unique supporting structure was created, which, thanks to the adjustment, can accommodate different sizes of dogs. The shape of the harness is designed to distribute the load force evenly over the whole body and give the dog maximum comfort and full mobility. This design allows you to quickly put on and remove the harness. The construction is made of Cordura or construction mesh.

Cordura® are texturized polyamide fibers used in the production of the most durable functional fabrics in their class. The patent for Cordura® fiber belongs to DuPont. CORDURA® is several times stronger than ordinary nylon and several to several dozen times stronger than polyester and cotton. In combination with fast drying and low weight, it forms the basis of many products used in extremely difficult conditions. Cordura is chosen by manufacturers and users who care about the durability of the product. Cordura® is widely used in many manufacturing industries. Ideally suited as an outer layer of clothing, backpacks, tourist equipment, military, expedition and special equipment, as well as footwear.

The harness has handles for lifting the dog, aluminum V-rings with a strength of 20 kN for connecting the dog during rope transport and a double set of belts under the chest. The belts have a strength of 20 kN and a correspondingly large adjustment. Polyamide tape Pa6, strength 20kN, tape thickness 2.2mm, medium-rigid. Polyamide tapes, compared to other types of tapes (polyester, polypropylene, cotton) have the highest durability, aesthetics and one of the highest strengths. Polyamide tapes are resistant to weather conditions, the color is durable, the tape in normal use does not rub, does not fray, does not unravel, protruding threads will not appear over time. We used Cobra buckles to fasten the belts. It is a product of the renowned Austrian company Austrialpin used in high-altitude climbing and extreme sports. Product with a strength of 9 kN for breaking and 18 kN for loop. 7075 aluminum body, stainless steel pins and clamping bar, brass clamps. Austrialpin regulator made of aerospace aluminium with a strength of 15 kN. Two Molle tapes have been sewn into the vest for attaching additional equipment and accessories, Velcro straps for personalization and attaching accessories. The harness has additional d-rings for attaching the dog so that it can be transported in a comfortable position when it is attached to the evacuation belt of the handler. We used a system to relieve the hind limbs during rope transport. By connecting the attached straps between the side O-rings and the rear V-ring, the main dog always has a stable, horizontal position, and the dog's rump does not hang down unknowingly.

For the comfort of the dog and better breathability, the harness is lined with a spacer net.
